Job Type: Part-Time (Flexible Schedule to Fit Your Needs). Weekends are a must. Some weekday availability is a plus!
Compensation: Base Pay, Tips + Performance-Based Incentives $$$

We are looking for friendly, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Fairy Hair & Glitter Stylists in Charleston, SC, and surrounding areas. In this role, you will create magical experiences for clients by applying fairy hair, hair feathers, and body glitter with precision and care. You’ll work in a fun, fast-paced environment at events, pop-ups, and private appointments, spreading joy and sparkle everywhere you go!

The Sparkle Bar is a vibrant, community-driven beauty brand specializing in high-quality fairy hair, hair feathers, and body glitter. We bring joy and confidence to our clients by adding a touch of sparkle to their everyday look. Our team is passionate about creating feel-good experiences and giving back to our local community through fundraisers and events. 

• Apply fairy hair, hair feathers, and body glitter with skill and attention to detail
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every client
•  Set up and maintain a clean, organized workstation at events and appointments
•  Promote The Sparkle Bar’s services and products to clients
• Process transactions and manage bookings as needed
• Participate in community fundraisers and local events to help spread sparkle and give back
• Continuously learn and improve styling techniques to enhance your craft

• Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality
•  Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
•  Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and interacting with clients of all ages
•  Ability to learn new beauty techniques (previous experience in hair, beauty, or events is a plus but not required)
•  Reliable transportation to and from all events and appointments is required
•  Passion for creativity, self-expression, and making people feel special
